At TCL, we're all about high-quality tennis
Our friendly club is based around level. Advanced sessions are invitation-based, so the standard is consistent and everyone gets a good, competitive game.
Our intermediate sessions are more relaxed and help players improve. All games are followed by drinks, where everyone is welcome!
How it works

Book
Grab a spot at an upcoming session – come solo or bring a friend.
Play
Sessions run 1 or 2 hours of rotating doubles, followed by a coffee or drink (optional!).
The level
What we look for
Consistent level
Our advanced sessions are for experienced players who rally well and can sustain a competitive point. Intermediate sessions are more casual – a relaxed hit for players still building up their game.
Great attitude
We love tennis, but we don't take matches too seriously. Attitude is just as important as level – it's not all about the scoreline.
Fair play
You know where to stand in doubles, and you also know how to make fair calls – this is really important.

FAQ
How do I know if this is the right level for me?+
Advanced level players should be able to serve consistently and confidently rally from the baseline, using pace and spin. If you're not sure which level's right for you, please get in touch at hello@tennisclublondon.org.
Can I come on my own?+
Yes! The club exists to help similar standard players find each other. Everyone is friendly and looking to meet new people, so please come along.
What courts do you play on?+
We play at Hurlingham Park Tennis Courts, 5-7pm. We may also run sessions at other venues in the future.
Will you have lower-level games too?+
Eventually, we hope to host beginner – lower intermediate level sessions too. Whatever your level, feel free to join our social drinks afterwards – everyone is welcome!
What should I bring?+
Just yourself and your tennis racquet. We'll provide the rest.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Let us know at least 48 hours before the session if you can no longer make it and we'll give you a full refund. If a session's cancelled because of rain, you're refunded automatically.
